One day the surprise team Sassuolo Calcio is at the top of the table, but now AC Milan has its place back at the top. A brace from superstar Ibrahimovic ensures victory over SSC Napoli.
Sweden’s star striker Zlatan Imbrahimovic has shot AC Milan back to the top of the table in Serie A and ousted the surprise team Sassuolo Calcio from first place. Thanks to the 39-year-old’s two goals in the 20th and 54th minute, the Milanese won 3-1 (1-0) at SSC Napoli on Sunday evening.
The third goal for the guests was scored by Jens Petter Hauge (90 + 5). Dries Mertens was successful for Naples (63.). Shortly after the goal, Napoli had to end the game in a minority. Tiemoue Bakayoko saw yellow-red in the 65th minute of the game.
With the sixth win in the eighth game, Milan took over the table lead again with 20 points in front of the also still undefeated outsiders Sassuolo (18) and AS Roma (17). Sassoulo won 2-0 (0-1) at Hellas Verona, Rome defeated Parma Calcio 3-0 (3-0).
